SLINGER SIGNALLERS

At Richard Lester Transport we can offer Slinger Signallers to complement our delivery service. Our slinger signallers hold CPCS or ALLMI accreditation with several years’ experience within the industry working on basic to complex lifts.

They can work along side our own vehicles or third-party clients helping to get the job done in a safe, controlled and professional manner whether it’s working with a Lorry Loader or Mobile crane.

The Slinger Signaller is responsible for:

  • Guiding loads using pre-determined recognised hand signals;
  • Determining the safety of the load landing area;
  • Assessing the weights of loads prior to lifting;
  • Ensuring that the correct slings or chains are used for the particular tasks.
